All bookings require a min of £100 non refundable booking fee to secure your date and time.

This booking fee is non transferable and is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. Without this paid booking fee you are not booked in with The Ultimate Party People.  We receive hundreds of enquiries so are unable to 'pencil' you in. Your booking is only confirmed once your booking fee is paid and you have confirmation from us that we have received your payment. Without your paid booking fee, you are just an enquiry and not booked in with The Ultimate Party People therefore no entertainment will be provided.  Please ensure you avoid disappointment by confirming your booking with a paid booking fee.

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason including testing positive for Covid 19 or any other illness or due to isolating we cannot transfer or refund your booking fee.  To be clear, your booking fee secures your date and time with The Ultimate Party People. This date/time is not available to anybody else and therefore no refund or transfer of date will be given if you cancel your booking with us.

All parties cancelled within 6 weeks require the full balance to be paid.

All bookings require a contact number and full house and venue address.

The Ultimate Party People require free parking and easy access to unload our equipment.

We ask for final numbers and balance to be paid at least 1 week before the party.

It is your responsibility to ensure The Ultimate Party People have the correct party address and contact number.

Disclaimer

The Ultimate Party People use a range of skin friendly, non-toxic paints including but not limited to Snazaroo.

We use skin friendly glue and glitter.

Please do not ask to be painted if you have sensitive skin or any allergies to facepaint. We cannot be held responsible for any reactions that may occur.

We cannot paint children who have open wounds, chickenpox, eye infections, broken skin or flu like symptoms.

We can only provide full facepaints for children aged 3+

Younger children may have small hand art.

We ensure that the strictest of hygiene is adhered by changing the water for each child and washing brushes/sponges regularly.

To take off face paint/glitter or glue we advise to use warm soapy water worked gently in to the skin.

Avoid strong rubbing.

We do not recommend using baby wipes or any makeup remover to take off the paint as this can irritate the skin.
